The Steve Baker review - Yungaburra Folk Festival 07

The recent Yungaburra Folk Festival was great fun. Highlights included Rob Longstaff, who became a great crowd favourite and young Rosie Burgess a blues/folk lass from Melbourne. Check her out if you get the chance. Superb fingerpickers Fiona Boyes and Nick Charles, along with the delicate artistry of Irish music lovers Ado Barker and Kate Burke provided wonderful moments.

Carl Pannuzzo's ukulele backed vocal extravaganza was utterly memorable along with Shenton Gregory's extraordinary fiddle pyrotechnics while sitting in with Totally Gourdgeous. The Space Cowboy provided weird spoon bending amazement. Stringmansassy were mesmerising. The Festival was well run in beautiful Yungaburra.
