JOB DESCRIPTIONS

     Job Description
     BAR SERVICE Sell drinks; restock fridges; clean service area; clear rubbish from the venue as required by Bar Manager. Night shifts extend to 2 am in the morning.
     DOOR ENTRY SUPERVISION Check armbands on entry into paying venues; notify the Volunteer supervisor of any issues related to door entry management. Typical work hours extend from 8 am to 12 mid-night.
     TICKET & MERCHANDISE SALES Cashier duties; secure armbands; and sell programs, T-shirts, CDs and raffle tickets. Typical work hours extend from 8 am to 11 pm.
     VOLUNTEER'S DESK Sign in volunteers; provide information to volunteers; monitor volunteer work status. Typical work hours extend from 8 am to 11 pm.
     FESTIVAL SITE WORKER Set up marquees, seating, stage modules, and signs prior to Festival, and pull down following Festival; and do running repairs and odd jobs throughout the weekend.
     CLEANING Clean toilets, Festival venues, and campground. Work is performed at selected times in the morning and afternoon.
    RUBBISH BIN COLLECTION
   & RECYCLING		 Lift rubbish bins onto trailers and disposal of rubbish into skip bins. Work is performed at selected tims in the morning and afternoon, typically 7-8 am, 12:30-2 pm, and 5-6:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
     CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL Assist with art and craft projects. Work is performed on Saturday and Sunday during the day.
     STAGE MC M.C. performances and stage management. Work is performed over the weekend at the time of stage performances. Work is usually scheduled in 2 hourly shifts.
